Basic Policy

Fabcafe.com (hereinafter refereed to as the “Website”) is a website under management of FabCafe Limited Liability Partnership (hereinafter refereed to as the “Company”). When handling such personal information as you provided in order to use the Website, the Company shall comply with the laws and regulations concerning personal information and the Company’s internal rules which have been provided in order to protect personal information, and the Company shall further endeavor to handle such personal information with fastidious care.

Applicable Extent

Any personal information concerning the users obtained by the Company (meaning information about a living individual, which information is capable of identifying the specific individual by name, address, telephone number, place of work, date of birth or other information contained in such information) shall be handled pursuant to the privacy policy of the Company. This privacy policy shall be applicable to the Website. This privacy policy shall not be applicable to any websites linked from the Website or to any websites operated by users of the Website. Any personal information concerning the users of the Website which is obtained by another Company when the user uses the Amazon.co.jp website, collectively managed by Amazon.com Int’l Sales, Inc. and Amazon Services International, Inc, or the online payment system managed by PayPal Pte, Ltd. shall be handled pursuant to the privacy policy stipulated by each company uniquely and respectively.

Handling of Personal Information

The Company obtains the personal information of an applicant when an applicant makes an inquiry. Such personal information shall only be used in order to provide the service on the Website and shall not be disclosed to any third party unless so stipulated under laws and regulations and unless it is reasonably expected upon usage of the Website. Personal information may be used in order to make contact with the applicants who make inquiries, to provide information concerning events or services, to analyze users of the Website and to compile statistics in order to improve the service. Handling of Access Log

The access log of the website is recorded. The items to be recorded are access time, name of the host computer, address, referer (which shows from which website users linked to the Website) and agent (such as type and version of browsing software). Such information shall be used to compile statistics to collect information and improve services regarding failure of servers and user support, and not to identify individuals. In addition, the Company shall not disclose such access log to any third party unless required so under laws and regulations.
