In the Loop: Upcycled Mobile-Making Workshop

  • #Finished
  • #Beginner Friendly

Participate in a circular and sustainably-minded mobile-making workshop using reclaimed materials.

Many materials in our society are discarded as scraps even when they are still usable. Let's participate in a circular economy by creating an environmentally-friendly, mobile that is fun for all-ages.

In this workshop, we welcome participants of all ages to come and use provided acrylic and wood scraps and upcycle them into colorful, marine-inspired mobiles.

  • Interested in creating mobiles inspired by sea creatures using acrylic scraps and wood?

Join us as we create upcycled mobiles using reclaimed acrylic scraps and wood! We’ll cut the scraps to look like sea creatures, add eyes, paint them, and polish them with sandpaper.

Once brought to life, these sea creatures will glide through the air, swimming happily in your home.

This workshop not only offers the joy of crafting but also provides a chance to uncover the potential hidden within various discarded materials by repurposing what would otherwise be thrown away.

Children (with supervision) and adults alike are welcome to attend!
